I had to treat my cats for fleas again today. And then I gave them baths. Most disgusting thing, ever. (You can see the flea carcasses on my hand!!) Needless to say, both cats are seriously pissed off at me now. The one in the photo screamed the entire time I was bathing him. He got shampooed twice, because of all the ruckus he was causing.
See if you can get Revolution. It's a monthly flea and heart worm treatment that you put on the back of the cat's neck. It works!!
ReplyDeleteWe just got two kittens and the lady who gave them to us said she sprinkles garlic powder on her pets food every morning and that takes care of fleas and worms. She said she's done that for 18 years and not had a problem with fleas or worms. Worth a try!
ReplyDeleteGarlic powder, eh? Now that's an interesting idea! And totally worth a try. A friend suggested putting a mix of lavender oil and tea tree oil on the backs of their necks... that didn't do anything, except make them smell good. =)
ReplyDeleteFrom this picture I can understand why the villagers in Madina were afraid to look into the eyes of cats.
ReplyDeleteYeah, poor guy was totally freaked out...
